Mick Doyle Butchers are award winning wholesale and retail butchers based in Dublin.
Mick Doyle grew up on a farm in Co. Wicklow, he opened his first shop in 1958. Mick built up his reputation by supplying his shop in Artane, Dublin, with mostly Hereford beef and lamb from his own farm.
Mick’s two sons John and Michael followed in their father’s footsteps on the farm and then into the shop in 1978. Since then they have expanded the business into a wholesale unit in Malahide Road Industrial Park for the catering trade.
We are Craft Butchers who hand select and cut the finest Irish Beef, Lamb, Pork, Bacon and Poultry which are supplied by our local suppliers and farmers guaranteeing full traceability from the farm to your plate. Our Beef is mainly from Hereford bred cattle, this allows us to produce the finest quality marbled tender meat. The Beef is hung on the bone and aged for about 21 days
before being selected by us for your kitchen.
All our traditional cuts are prepared in a “ready for cooking” fashion which suits the busier modern lifestyles of our retail and wholesale customers. Our, Bacon, Ham Corned Beef and Award Winning Spiced Beef joints are cured by us with our special low salt which is a traditional family recipe..
